Rebuild project using ndk r28+ to produce libnode.so (to support 16 KB memory page sizes)

• Rebuild the nodejs project using android-ndk r28+ (as it produces 16 KB-aligned ELF shared libraries by default).
• Reason:
• It's mandatory to have 16 KB page-size support for Android 15+ (Google Play requirement # starting Nov 1, 2025)
