We want to ship the DMQ node binaries in the Cardano node GitHub releases assets.

Implement the embedding of DMQ node binaries in the Cardano node releases assets.

How

• Implement the DMQ node binaries in the GitHub release of the Cardano node (via CHaP)
• Document the steps needed to ship a new version of the DMQ node with the next pre-release of the Cardano node

Implementation of the DMQ node binaries in the GitHub release of the Cardano node has been done in IntersectMBO/cardano-node#6478

In order to ship a new version of the DMQ node to the Cardano node release, the following operations are needed:

1. Publish on CHaP
2. Update this line with the new version W.X.Y.Z of the DMQ node:
   extra-packages: alex, dmq-node == W.X.Y.Z
