hi, when i enter "python3 -m src.main agent "Create TEST_QWEN_AGENT.md in ./test_cases with one line: test ok" --cwd . --allow-write --show-transcript --allow-shell" , there is only reply of LLM but nothing created. Anthing wrong i did?

hi, i solve this problem by adding <tool_calls> parsing .I find the messages["tool_calls"] is empty , maybe because i use qwen3-8b.
