We have to check how GitHub handles forks of dead repos because the SIWECOS namespaced repo is a fork of this project.

Vielleicht macht das Sinn, dieses Repo zu schließen, sodass dann auch PRs im SIWECOS/HSHS-DOMXSS-Scanner nicht immer mit diesem master branch verglichen werden, sondern mit dem eigenen?
