Add support for firmware updates with fwupd

- [ ] Add a way to reset into bootloader. Using standard picotool reset interface and fwupd `rp_pico` plugin #128
- [ ] Add quirk either to fwupd or to MS BOS 2.0 descriptor
- [ ] Create XML and CAB files
- [ ] Test update process and upload to LVFS
