uefi: Pin OVMF to a known good nightly build
The OVMF nightly build from 2026-10-27 doesn't boot in QEMU, no output on the serial console, so the UEFI tests time out in CI. Pin to the 2026-10-26 build, which works. Can be overridden with OVMF_REV. Signed-off-by: Daniel Schaefer <dhs@frame.work>
