Samsung Android 10 - can't create playlist, conflicting rows error but the ID is different every time

‎⁨I wasn't able to find a device where it happens myself sadly⁩
I find a solution to it by moving or creating the playlist out music folder

Sometimes the app create the playlist but it doesn't show up on the app, moving it out of the music folder make it show and work just fine, and favorite works too after move the the gramophone_favourite.m3u out the music folder
