Duplicate of #466 -- same reporter, same v1.39.0 build, same gene_gep_repair_from_errors failure-loop symptom, same cron-context session logs. Please follow the guidance in #466: upgrade to the latest (npm i -g @evomap/evolver@latest, currently v1.69.20) and attach one full session jsonl and evolver --version there. The repair-gene loop handling was reworked substantially between v1.39 and v1.69 and the force_innovation_after_repair_loop trigger no longer re-arms the banned repair gene.
