`RenderStateCacheImpl::WriteToBlob` sporadically failed with "already exists in the archive" error when calling `m_pStateCache->WriteToBlob(0, &pCacheData)` on exiting

m_pStateCache->WriteToBlob(0, &pCacheData)->RenderStateCacheImpl::WriteToBlob -> DearchiverBase::LoadArchive -> LOG_ERROR_MESSAGE("Resource with name '", ResName, "' already exists in the archive.");

idk why but this happens sporadically.

Often sporadic failures result from access to released memory.
