"Used in rules" text, duplicates on edited rule

1. Create an alias and use it in Rule

2. Edit rule (edit destination, etc.), now this rule is in "Deployed" and "Pending" tab 3. Go to "Deployed" aliases tab. See that it is used in 2 rules (Deployed and Pending) but should count as 1
