Installation of CUTE Plugin via Eclipse Marketplace not possible

Expected Behavior

I tried to install the latest version of the CUTE PlugIn as described on your website.
Without CUTE Boost, gcov or Mockator addons.

Actual Behavior

Unfortunately, some packages are missing:

CUTE or CUTE Eclipse Plug-in Version, Operating System and Compiler

eclipse-cpp-2018-12-R-win32-x86_64

Try Cevelop directly that includes all these plugins. What eclipse cdt Version are you using?

We will also look into the inconsistent plug-in issue.

I tried to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 and Linux with a fresh Eclipse CDT 9.6 installation through the Marketplace, but no errors occurred.

Could you try to install it using: Help -> Install new Software... and then use https://cute-test.com/updatesite/2018-12/ as the update-site?

I tried using "Install new Software", but I do not get a connection to the update server:

The same happens for the site http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2018-12.
But all other update sites are working.
It seems to be a network or java problem from our site... we need to investigate this ...

We found out that it appears to be a firewall issue. Thank you for your help!
