Study Session Participation

Demo Session
I presented a demo during a CYF demo session.
Topic: BMI Debugging
The demo explained how debugging helps identify and fix issues in JavaScript code, including how incorrect data types can lead to unexpected results.

Module Learning Reflection
During this module I practised:
- interpreting and rephrasing error messages
- breaking programming problems into smaller sub-goals
- implementing and testing small pieces of functionality
- translating requirements into unit tests
- identifying bugs and debugging code
- identifying duplicated code and refactoring it
- analysing program behaviour versus expected behaviour
The exercises and pair activities helped strengthen my understanding of testing, debugging, and structuring JavaScript programs, which are essential skills for writing reliable software.
