🐞 Editor Hangs When 'New File' Button is Used

Description

The editor hangs with a stack overgrowth exception when the new file button is used. Specifically on an otherwise empty workspace, with a file that has no extension.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new, empty directory
2. Open it in CodeEdit as a workspace
3. Click the + button in the project navigator
4. Press Add File
5. Editor Hangs

Expected Behavior

Doesn't hang.

Narrowed this down to some infinite recursion in CodeEditTextView due to trying to set a negative frame. I'll link the PR when it's ready and then we can make a CETV and CESE release. Should then be fixed with #2046.

Got that CI passing with the changes in CodeEditSourceEditor 0.13.1 and CodeEditTextView 0.11.0. Should be closed with the linked PR.
